Contents

How do computers process human speech? In this course we will deal with this question and address different topics including the following:

1. Machine Learning
   
2. Large Language Models
   
3. Automatic speech recognition
   
4. Sentiment analysis
   
5. Mashine Translation
   

We will deal with these topics on a theoretical as well as on a practical level. At the end of the semester, each student will have to hand in a portfolio.
